T. luteum; alterius maxillis longitudine antennarum.
Habitat in Indiae utriusque umbrosis, aperto a�ri invisum, fornices cylindricos progrediendo inaedificans, maxillis longis altissime resiliens; Nidos e sabulo, sinubus daedaleis in tophum struens. Destruit utensilia omnia, utriusque Indiae calamitas summa: domos, naves, cibaria, vestimenta, ex animalibus & vegetabilibus singula quaeque, relicta sola superficie integra; calce viva co�rcendum, de quo Rolander & peregrinatores plurima.
Alteri (Feminae forte) Corpus magintudine T. pulsatorii. Caput corneum, laeve, oblongo subtetragonum, luteum. Antennae vix thorace longiores. Maxillae corneae, laeves, nigrae, subulatae, subarcuatae, porrectae, longitudine antennarum. Abdomen oblongum, subcylindricum, albicans.
Alterum (sexu tantum diversum, Rolander) simile praecedenti, sed absque maxillis magnis porrectis. Caput suborbiculatum, flavescens. Maxillae brevissimae. Antennae filiformes, corpore dimidio breviores. Abdomen ovatum, albidum.
