No material of this species has been seen during the course of this study. It was collected on Acacia sp. in Eritrea (Asmara and Nefarit). It is here considered likely to be a synonym of W. senegalensis (Marchal) View in CoL , the only Waxiella species currently known from Eritrea and commonly collected on Fabaceae View in CoL .
