Type: ― SOUTH AFRICA. Namaqualand and Bushmanland [Northern Cape Prov.]: between Steinkopf and the Orange R. near Henkries , October 1911, Phillips 9001 (holotype NBG-SAM0009001-0!; isotype LE-00011900!) .

Distribution: ― South Africa (NC): Namaqualand and northern Bushmanland.
