Blume’s Semecarpus roxburghii View in CoL is treated as a synonym of S. forstenii View in CoL . Both names are here lectotypified to specimens in L.

Robert Brown clearly based this name on a Roxburgh specimen then in the herbarium of the Linnean Society. This is now in G. But there is a piece mounted on a sheet in BM that may be from this collection, so the G specimen is here designated as lectotype for Brown’s name.
