Artbeschreibung: Ähnlich wie G. sylvaticum , aber Stängel auf der ganzen Länge deutlich 4kantig, mittlere Blätter schmal-lanzettlich, 4-6,5 cm lang und 3-5 mm breit, allmählich in die Spitze verschmälert, oberseits nicht bläulich bereift. Blütenknospen aufrecht (bei G. sylvaticum meist nickend), Krone flach, Zipfel deutlich grannig zugespitzt.
Blütezeit: 6-8
Standort und Verbreitung in der Schweiz: Lichte Laubwälder, Gebüsche / kollin-montan / TI, GR (Misox, Puschlav)
Verbreitung global: Mittel- und südwesteuropäisch
