Acronycta phaeocosma Turner, 1920 , Transactions and Proceedings of the Royal Society of South Australia 44: 145. Typelocality: Australia, Queensland, Montville, Blackall Range. Syntypes: male and female, in coll. ANIC; lectotype here designated.
