Eudonia taiwanalpina Sasaki, 1998: 199 View in CoL , figs. 13, 35. Type locality: Hualien, Hohuanshan, Taiwan, China.

Diagnosis. Eudonia taiwanalpina Sasaki, 1998 is similar to E. alpina ( Curtis, 1850) , but can be distinguished by the ventral margin of valva convex at middle and the phallus straight in the male genitalia. In E. alpina , the ventral margin of valva is straight or concave slightly at middle, and the phallus is curved medially.

Distribution. China ( Taiwan).

Remarks. Eudonia taiwanalpina was described based on a single male specimen collected from Hohuanshan in Taiwan by A. Kawabe in July or August ( Sasaki 1998). We have not collected this species to date.
