Note.
The specimen from Kuerle was identified as Haliplus dalmatinus Müller, 1900 and reported as new to China by Jia (2003). The reexamination of this specimen shows that its previous identification was incorrect. Haliplus dalmatinus is removed from the Chinese list
Distribution.
Southern Palaearctic reaching the western part of China: Xinjiang.
