Distribution in Iran. Guilan ( Ghahari et al. 2012c), Ilam ( Ghahari et al. 2011d).
Distribution outside Iran. Azerbaijan, China, former Czechoslovakia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Moldova, Mongolia, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, former Yugoslavia ( Yu et al. 2012).
Host records. Caloptilia semifascia , Phthorimaea seminella , Scrobipalpa (Euscrobipalpa) atriplicella , Scrobipalpa (Euscrobipalpa) nitentella , Scrobipalpa samandensis plantaginella , Scrobipalpa (Euscrobipalpa) suaedella ( Nixon 1973; Yu et al. 2012), Scrobipalpa (Euscrobipalpa) instabilella ( Nixon 1965; Shenefelt 1972; Yu et al. 2012), Scrobipalpa (Euscrobipalpa) obsoletella , Drupadia theda ( Yu et al. 2012) .
