Distribution in Iran. Isfahan ( Ghahari et al. 2011c as Dolichogenidea halidayi ).
Distribution outside Iran. Aegean Islands, Denmark ( Shenefelt 1972), Armenia, Croatia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Macedonia, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine, UK, former Yugoslavia ( Yu et al. 2012).
Host records. Ptocheuusa inopella , Goniodoma limoniella , Gypsonoma neglectana ( Shenefelt 1972; Yu et al. 2012), Parectopa ononides ( Shenefelt 1972; Papp 1988; Yu et al. 2012), Coleophora glaucicolella ( Papp 1988; Yu et al. 2012), Ptocheuusa inopella , Gypsonoma sociana ( Papp 1988; Yu et al. 2012).
