Distribution in Iran. Qazvin (Ghahari et al. 2011b).
Distribution outside Iran. Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldoava, Mongolia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, UK, Uzbekistan, former Yugoslavia ( Yu et al. 2012).
Host records. Eupithecia expallidata , E. nanata , E. millifoliata , Erannis defoliaria , Operophtera brumata , Euproctis chrysorrhoea , Orthosia miniosa , Lymantria dispar , Tortrix viridana ( Shenefelt 1972; Yu et al. 2012), Euproctis similis ( Shenefelt 1972) . Nixon (1974) reported this species as a solitary parasitoid of Operophtera brumata . Abrostola triplasia , Agriopis leucophaearia , A. marginaria , Alsophila aescularia , Archips crataegana , Cnaemidophorus rhododactylis , Drymonia dodonaea , D. ruficornis , Elachista gleichenella , Eupithecia expallidata , E. gueneata , E. succenturiata , E. similis , Eupsilia transversa , Iolana iolas , Isturgia arenacearia , Operophtera brunnea , Orthosia cruda , Phigalia pilosaria , Phyllonorycter spinicolella , Poecilocampa populi , Stenoptilia veronicae , Yponomeuta cagnagella ( Yu et al. 2012) . In former Czechoslovakia, it has been reported from Operophtera fagata ( Shenefelt 1972; Tobias 1986; Yu et al. 2012), Agriopis aurantiaria and Agriopis bajaria ( Nixon 1974; Tobias 1986).
