Distribution in Iran. Hamadan ( Khanjani 2006 as Apanteles rebecula ).
Distribution outside Iran. Australia ( Parrott 1953; Shenefelt 1972), Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, China, former Czechoslovakia, France, Germany, Hungary, Macedonia, Moldova, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Romania, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, USA, Ukraine, UK, former Yugoslavia ( Yu et al. 2012), Scotland, Tasmania ( Shenefelt 1972).
Host records. Pieris rapae , P. napi , P. brassicae , Pieris sp., Hemaris fuciformis , Laothoe populi , Macrothylacia rubi , Plutella xylostella ( Shenefelt 1972; Yu et al. 2012). Nixon (1974) reported it as a solitary parasitoid of Pieris rapae . Yu et al. (2012) reported also Acrolyta nens , Agasthenes varitarsus , Autographa gamma , Baryscapus galactopus , Conura side , Conura torvina , Cotesia glomerata , Gelis aerator , Hellula rogatalis , Hyles euphorbiae , Isdromas lycaenae , Lysibia nana , Mamestra brassicae , Mesochorus anomalus , M.discitergus , M. gemellus , M. olerum , M. orbitalis , Pediobius sp., Pontia protodice , Stictopisthus bilineatus , Tetrastichus sinope , Totrix viridana , Trichomalopsis braconophaga .
