Distribution in Iran. Sistan & Baluchestan ( Khajeh et al. 2014), Iran (no locality cited) ( Telenga 1955; Belokobylskij 1998).

Distribution outside Iran. Armenia, Bulgaria, former Czechoslovakia, France, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Lebanon, Mongolia, Poland, Russia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, UK, former Yugoslavia ( Yu et al. 2012), Belgium, North Africa ( Shenefelt 1972).

Host records. Acrolepia autumnitella , Yponomeuta padella , Lymantria dispar ( Shenefelt 1972; Yu et al. 2012), Aporia crataegi , Biston betularia , Yponomeuta malinellus , Phalonia dipoltella ( Shenefelt 1972) . A solitary parasitoid of Anthocharis cardamines ( Nixon 1974; Yu et al. 2012). Yu et al. (2012) reported also Anthocharis euphenoides , Daphnis nerii , Euchloe simplonia , Heliothis peltigera , Hyles euphorbiae .
