Remarks. This species is endemic to Sulawesi I. and is not so far recorded from northern parts of the island. The species might be closely allied to R. binghami distributed in Borneo I.

Distribution record: Sulawesi I. (van der Vecht, 1941; Kojima & van Achterberg, 1997a, b).
