Conserved type ( Jørgensen & al. in Taxon 43: 650. 1994): Herb. Dillenius t. 23, No. 62B ( OXF) .

Current name: Ramalina calicaris (L.) Fr. ( Ramalinaceae).

Note: See extensive discussion by Jørgensen & al. (in Bot. J. Linn. Soc. 115: 283-285. 1994). Howe (in Bryologist 16: 83. 1913) had typified the name on 1273.15 (LINN), a specimen of Ramalina siliquosa (Huds.) A.L. Sm. Jørgensen & al. successfully proposed the name for conservation with a conserved type.
