Basionym: Cyrtogonellum xichouense Wu & Mitsuta (1985: 25) . Type :— CHINA. Yunnan: Xichou County, on limestone cliffs, 1700 m, S. Z . Wang 682 ( holotype KUN!) .
This species occurs in southeastern Yunnan (Xichou), China.
