Distribution. North-West Sardinia, known only from the type locality.

Chorotype. W-Mediterranean (Sardinian endemic).

Remarks. For unclear reasons, given the unchanged conditions, this species has not been collected in the Grotta Badde cave in recent years (A. Casale, G. Grafitti and P. Marcia, several observations). On the other hand, some specimens were recently collected (13.VII.2007) in deep soil from oak and laurel woodlands outside the cave (P. Magrini pers. comm.).
