Redescription. Female: fully winged; length 4.5–5.6 mm. Head black, except mandible and clypeus testaceous; antenna testaceous, except segments 7–10 or 8–10 darkened; mesosoma black, except propleura brownreddish and pronotum totally reddish or with one dorsal brown spot; metasoma brown-reddish; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 13:8:25:17:14:12:10:9:7:10. Head dull, granulated and reticulate rugose or with irregular keels; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 6.5; OL = 4; OOL = 10; OPL = 1; TL = 2; occiput excavated; posterior ocelli located on imaginary straight line joining posterior edges of eyes. Pronotum dull, granulated, crossed by only one weak posterior transverse impression; disc weakly humped; posterior collar very short; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Scutum dull, granulated, with numerous areolae on lateral regions; occasionally scutum granulated and reticulate rugose. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.75X length of scutum. Scutellum shiny, unsculptured or very weakly granulated. Metanotum reticulate rugose. Propodeum reticulate rugose, without transverse or longitudinal keels. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein longer than proximal part (14:6). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 22:3:6:15:26. Enlarged claw spatulate ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 9 – 13 ), with one strong subapical tooth and one row of about 13 lamellae. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 9 – 13 ) with two rows of approximately 37 lamellae (one row formed by lamellae longer than others); distal apex with about four lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
Male: fully winged; length 3.4–5.2 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna black; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs brown, except tarsi and pro- and mesotibia partly testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions: 10:8:17:16:15:15:13:12:12:15 Head dull, granulated and reticulate rugose; frontal line incomplete, only present in front of anterior ocellus; POL = 7; OL = 2; OOL = 4; TL = 1.5; ocelli very large; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli about three times as long as OL (6:2); occipital carina complete; posterior ocelli touching occipital carina. Scutum dull, granulated and reticulate rugose. Notauli incomplete, only shortly present near anterior margin of scutum. Scutellum dull, granulated, with median longitudinal furrow in posterior half. Metanotum reticulate rugose. Propodeum reticulate rugose, without transverse or longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein longer than proximal part (17:9). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
