Male genitalia ( Fig. 85). Tegumen broad, slightly concave terminally; socii broad, hairy, membranous; valva with well sclerotized edges, indistinct neck and weakly differentiated cucullus with dorsal and ventral pollex; aedeagus broad proximally, curved, slender in posterior half.

Female genitalia ( Fig. 112). Ovipositor fairly long; apophyses, especially apophyses posteriores, long; cup-shaped, weakly sclerotized sterigma followed by elongate median plate; ductus bursae very slender, long; ductus seminalis anterior; signa small.

Remarks. Described from 8 specimens (male and female), of which the male lectotype and 4 female paralectotypes are present in the collection of RMCA. Three more paralectotypes are present in BMNH (K. Tuck, pers. comm.). Brown (2005: 592) correctly mentioned this species under Thylacogaster but also lists it under “Olethreutini unplaced species” (2005: 447).
