Geographic distribution: Yemen, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Jordan, Iran (based on material, examined by CSE).
Distribution in Iran: Fars ( Atbaei et al. 2015), Hormozgan ( Fallahzadeh et al. 2018).
Published records from Iran: Atbaei et al. (2015): Fars Province, south of Khonj (27°53‘31‘‘N; 53°26‘42‘‘E;), 20–24. GoogleMaps V.2013, 2♀♀, leg. M. Atbaei. ( Fallahzadeh et al. 2018): 1 ♂, Hormozgan: Sar Kahnan (27º24’N; 57º07’E), 18.VII.2013 GoogleMaps , leg. T. Tavakoli ; 4♀♀, same data, 31. V.2013; 4♀♀, same data, 9.VII.2013 (4♀♀ from Hormozgan examined and confirmed by CSE) . All specimens were captured in malaise traps.
