TYPE AND ONLY SPECIES. — Kiwa hirsuta n. sp.

ETYMOLOGY. — The name refers to the goddess of the shellfish in the Polynesian mythology ( Kiwa ). The gender is feminine.

DIAGNOSIS. — Characters as for the family.
