Distribution. Nearctic. Canada: BC, NB, NS, ON, PE, QC, YT. USA: AK, NH (NSR).
Collection and Habitat data. In NH collected in September–October in conifer litters, and found on the side of a water tower in March–April. In Canada all adults were captured in various kinds of traps in various forest types (usually coniferous): rich Appalachian hardwood forest with some conifers, old-growth white spruce/balsam fir forest, balsam fir and maple sugar stands, mature white spruce with feather moss, and a red spruce forest ( Klimaszewski et al. 2014, 2018).

Morse, water tower, 1 male, 1 female ; 4.IV.1991, S.T. O’Keefe, water tower, 2 males. 3 mi E Durham , 17.X.1981, D.S. Chandler, sift pine litter, 1 male, 1 female .
