Comments
Paratetrapedia (Lophopedia) pygmaea belongs to a group of species possessing a carinate omaulus. The species in this group are difficult to distinguish from each other in the females, which present very similar patterns of sculpture and pubescence. A more thorough revision of this group is necessary to better diagnose its species and details on how to separate this species from others cannot be given at this time.
