Dialodia bispinata View in CoL , sp. nov.
( Plate 3G, Figs. 179–186)
Length. Male 8.20 mm; female unknown.
External morphology. Medium size, robust species. General color black with prominent, small, elongate, yellow spots on veins of forewings, broad membranous, transverse band about middle; mesonotum with large irregular shaped, transverse marking; pronotum with small transverse yellow marking; head and eyes yellow; face yellow except for black clypeus and clypellus ( Plate 3G). Head large, slightly narrower than pronotum, anterior margin broadly rounded; crown broader than width of eyes, slightly produced distally, lateral margins convergent basally, not carinate; eyes large, globular; pronotum short, about as long as crown, surface well marked with bullae; mesonotum very large, about twice as long as pronotum; forewings typical; clypeus long, broad, broader apically than distally; clypellus short, about 1/3 as long as clypeus, narrow, slightly inflated basally, apex expanded laterally.
Male genitalia. Pygofer in lateral view triangulate, with few short setae and very small lobe apically, caudal processes absent ( Fig. 179); right subgenital plate long, very narrow, glabrous ( Fig. 180); style shorter than aedeagus, apophysis broad ( Figs. 181, 182); aedeagus long, tubular, sinuate in lateral view, with 2 robust submedial processes, 1 glabrous, 1 setaceous ( Figs. 183, 184); connective broadly Y-shaped, stem long, narrow, membranous on each side of middle ( Fig.185); dorsal connective long, narrow, plate-like ( Fig. 186).

Etymology. The name is descriptive for 2 distinct, submedial processes on the aedeagus.
Remarks. This species is nearest to D. bilongata , sp. nov. and can be separated by the larger, triangulate pygofer, longer aedeagus and much shorter aedeagal processes which are not bifurcate.
