Material examined. EAST TIMOR. East of Atauro Island , 08°13’48”S 125°36’56”E, outer reef, coral reef slope, broad-leaved Halimeda sp., 17 m depth, 20 Sep 2012, coll. L.E. Hughes, 1 spec. ( AM W.45709) GoogleMaps .
Habitat. From intertidal to 33 m, under rocks or among dead corals covered by coralline algae ( San Martín et al. 2008a).
Distribution. Australia (Central Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland; San Martín et al. 2008a), Indonesia ( Aguado et al. 2008), Easter Island ( San Martín et al. 2017). First record for East Timor.
