Newly recorded in Nova Scotia and in the Maritime Provinces as a whole ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 ). Previously known only from Ontario and Québec ( McNamara 1991c). Associated with balsam fir ( Abies balsamaea ) ( White 1975).
