Euvrilletta peltata (Harris, 1836)

PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND: Queens Co.: 14.vii.2002, C.G. Majka, along small stream, CGMC .

Newly recorded on Prince Edward Island and in the Maritime Provinces as a whole ( Fig. 13 View FIGURE 13 ). Widely distributed in the eastern USA ( White 1982). In Canada recorded from Manitoba, Ontario, and Québec ( McNamara 1991c). Frequent at ultraviolet lights ( Downie & Arnett 1996). Found boring in woodwork and in hardwoods and softwoods ( White 1982).
