Notes

This species inhabits soil and litter layers of various forests in Russia and Ukraine surrounding the Black Sea. It is also known to occur in the Balkans and extends to the Carpathians in the north. Several records are known from some Aegean islands and Anatolia ( Bonato et al. 2011).
