Holotype: RMNH 14519, 1 ɗ. Loc.: “Merkata, Kenepai Mountains, western Kalimantan” [ Indonesia]. Leg.: J. Büttikoffer, Borneo Expedition, 1894.

Remarks. There is also a paratype in the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago (FMNH 121306).
