This species was first described from Chile; however, it seems to be native to the Mediterranean and Arabian Peninsula countries ( Rasool et al. 2021b).
Material studied. Al Baha, Baljurashi , 11 females, one male ten larvae, 22.ix.2020, ( BT) ; Al Baha five females, three larvae, 22.ix.2020, ( BT) ; 27 females, 13 males, 45 larvae, 23.ix.2020, ( BT) ., Al Makhwa , 14 females, one male, two larvae, ( BT) . Riyadh, KSU Educational farm, nine females, nine males, 32 larvae, 23.vii.2020, ( BT) ; three females, three males, same data as before except, 13.vii.2020, ( SW) , (Soliman, A).
