Distribution. Tanzania ( FAGEL 1960).
Remarks. Oxytelus confusus ( Fagel, 1960) becomes a junior secondary homonym of Oxytelus confusus Fagel, 1957 and new substitute name is propsed to it meaning ‘renamed’.
