New record. CAMEROON: Southwest Prov., 25km W Limbe, Bakingili, 20 m, intercept trap 17.vii.1984, leg. J. DiGiulio (1 spec., CNCI).

Distribution. Burundi, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of the Congo ( FAGEL 1960). Remarks. The transfer to Oxytelus requires an adjustment of the gender of the species name.
