Description

The identification was based on Hacker (2016).

Distribution

We report this species for the first time in South Africa. This species was known from the Somalian (Ethiopia, Somalia and Kenya) and Zambezian (Tanzania) biogeographic regions ( Hacker 2016, De Prins and De Prins 2022). Our records from South Africa thus extended its known distribution for over 1,000 km southwards (Fig. 11 ).
