Type of genus

Stephanoderes coriaceus Eichhoff, 1878 View in CoL . Diagnosis

Coriacephilus View in CoL can be separated from other Cryphalini by the combination of cylindrical third tarsal segments, deeply emarginated eye, antennae with sutures and septum, and bifurcating setae on the hypomeron.
