Diagnosis. This species differs from closely related species of the tripunctor species-group by the yellow face (Fig. 38); the head and mesopleuron coarsely punctate; the area superomedia is elongate, narrow and fused with the area basalis (Fig. 39); the stout ovipositor ( Fig. 46 View FIGURES 45 – 51. 45 – 48 ); coloration of the metasoma and hind tibia.

Material. 2 males United Kingdom; 8 females Finland; 3 males Hungary, 1 male Ukraine; Russia: 5 males Leningrad reg.; 2females, 4.males Pskov reg.; 1 male Moscow reg.; 1 male Yaroslavl reg.; 1 male Dagestan; 4 females Sverdlovsk reg.; 1 male Tomsk reg.; 4 males Krasnoyarsk Territory; 2 males Irkutsk reg.; 5 males Sakha Yakutia, 1 male Khabarovsk Territrory ( ZIN RAS).
