Material examined. 1 spec. An Phu, Luc Yen prov, Yen Bai, 300m, N° 207, 3 /III/1971, leg. Topal-Matakasi ( HMNH). 3 spec, Tanh Liet, SW of Hanoi, N° 140, 23 /IV/1966, Leg Topal, ( HMNH).

Distribution. This species previously was known from India, Indonesia ( Drake & Ruhoff 1965a), Laos ( Guilbert 2007), Thailand, and Malaysia (pers. obs.).

Discussion. It recently has been introduced into France ( Streito et al. 2010) and Italy ( Pedata et al. 2013) where it was found on Jasminium sp.
