Type material deposition. Holotype and one paratype in ZISP.

Type material examined. Holotype (4804, T-Tr.-13) and 1 paratype larva ex Apodemus mystacinus , TUR- KEY: GümüŞhane Prov., UğurtaŞı , 1750 m a.s.l., 12 June 1998, coll. AAS. By now, the species is known from these two specimens only.

Host. Apodemus mystacinus (Danford and Alston) .

Distribution. Turkey (GümüŞhane Prov.).
