Material examined. No material could be analyzed. The data given below is based on the literature.
Type locality. 2303’42”S; 4415’12”W, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil ( Tommasi 1971).
Diagnosis. U-shaped body, tube feet arranged in double rows restricted to the radii. Tentacles 10, ventral-most pair smaller. Calcareous ring compact; radial and interradial plates joined only at their base; radials with posterior processes subdivided. Ossicles from body wall include four-pillared tables and irregular buttons; introvert with rosettes; tentacles with rods; and tube feet with rods and star-shaped endplate ( Martins & Souto 2015).
Geographical distribution. Bahia and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; in depths from 12–50 m ( Tommasi 1971; Martins & Souto 2015).
