Figs 4 View FIGURES 4 A–4C

Type material. Holotype male ( PSUNHM). Cambodia: Kampong Speu Province, Chreav Waterfall , 11°58’00”N, 104°14’32”E, ca. 353 m a.s.l., 7.v.2019, leg. Pongsak Laudee. GoogleMaps

Paratypes. Same data as holotype GoogleMaps , 1 male ( PSUNHM) , 2 males ( CHM) , 2 males ( CUAC) , 2 males ( NMPC) .

Etymology. The species is named for the type locality, Kampong Speu Province.

Description. Length of each male forewing 4.5 mm (n = 8); specimens in alcohol with head, thorax, abdomen, legs, forewings greyish brown.

Male genitalia ( Figs 4 View FIGURES 4 A–4C). Segment IX in dorsal view, horn-like, U-shaped, with sharp posterolateral apices ( Fig. 4A View FIGURES 4 ); axe-like with tuft of long setae anterodorsally in lateral view ( Fig. 4B View FIGURES 4 ); in ventral view, segment IX square with two asymmetrical, moderately triangular processes posteriorly ( Fig. 4C View FIGURES 4 ). Segment X not evident. Inferior appendages, tulip-like, asymmetrical in dorsal view ( Fig. 4A View FIGURES 4 ); water-drop-shaped in lateral view ( Fig. 4B View FIGURES 4 ); in ventral view, claw-like, asymmetrically ( Fig. 4C View FIGURES 4 ). Phallus in dorsal view, J-shaped, resembling strong spine, acute apically ( Fig. 4A View FIGURES 4 ); sword-like, basally directed dorsad, recurved downward at 1/4 length, apically sharp in lateral view ( Fig. 4B View FIGURES 4 ).

Diagnosis. The male genitalia of the new species are similar to those of T. pandareos Malicky 2006 found in Laos and T. pallas Malicky & Chantaramongkol 2006 (in Malicky 2006) found in Thailand, but can be distinguished from them by the characters of segment IX in ventral view which are asymmetrical in the new species. The inferior appendages of T. pandareos and T. pallas are symmetrical and divided into dorsal and ventral branches, but not divided and asymmetrical in the new species.
