Length. Male: 2.6–3.1mm; female: 3.1–3.8mm.
Greenish-ochraceous (Plate I: A). Head broader than pronotum. Vertex with or without dark central spot, two transversely striae between eyes, with reduced or without markings. Frontoclypeus brownish, obliquely striae in the lateral regions (Plate I: C). Forewing macropterous.
Genitalia. Pygofer with darkly sclerotized part on posteroventral margin with small spines, dorsoapical margin with or without macrosetae ( Figure 1 View FIGURE1 : A–C). Connective Y-shaped with arms close together distally ( Figure 1 View FIGURE1 : G). Style with well developed claw-like apophysis, inner process longer than outer process, wide apart ( Figure 1 View FIGURE1 : F). Aedeagal shaft slightly curved dorsally ( Figure 1 View FIGURE1 : H).
