33. Myoxanthus oliviae Kolanowska & Szlachetko (2019: 3) View in CoL (Fig. 15K)
TYPE:— PERU. Cuzco: Urubamba , 3100 m., 5 Dec 1968, Vargas 20860 (holotype: AMES!).
Distribution: — Peru.
Notes:— Myoxanthus oliviae , described from Peru, was said to differ from M. serripetalus in the colour of flowers, brownish yellowish vs. dark-purple, an entire midlobe vs. fimbriate midlobe and apex of the petals sagittate vs. apex oblong to linear. According to our revision, the linear apex of the petals in M. serripetalus (and dark-purple flowers) appears to be consistent. However, the entire midlobe of the lip in M. oliviae and brownish flowers are inconsistent, but a fimbriate margin may also be found.
