Occurrence: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Morocco, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland (WPC 2023).
Known localities in Hungary: Egyek: Ohati Forest ( Mahnert 1983). Fényi Fores t ( Mahnert 1990).
New data: nil.
Habitat preference: unknown.
Remarks: there is little data on this species in Hungary, where it is known from protected lowland forests of the Great Hungarian Plain ( Mahnert 1983, 1990). In Slovakia it has been found in ant nests ( Christophoryová et al. 2017b).
