Etymology.
The replacement name niosiensis refers to the type locality (Niosi Ridge).
Remarks.
Alycaeus (Dioryx) urnula daflaensis Godwin-Austen, 1914 is a junior primary homonym of Alycaeus daflaensis Godwin-Austen, 1876. Therefore, a replacement name is proposed here.
