Body length 4.6 mm, fore wing length 3.8 mm and antenna length 5.3 mm.
Antenna with 34 flagellomeres. Median flagellomeres 2 x longer than wide. Occipital carina complete though somewhat irregular mediodorsally, ventrally complete and joining hypostomal carina. Mesopleuron rugulose anteriorly, aciculate posteriorly, precoxal sulcus weakly impressed with a few vertical striae. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina complete. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 2 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 3 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 1.5 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.5 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.35 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu faint, interstitial. Apex of hind tibia without comb of modified setae medially. Claws with pecten of fine comb-like setae on basal lobe. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite very weak, rounded. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite present on anterior 0.8.
Etymology. Named after the character Queen Ptraci I of Djelibeybi from the Terry Pratchett Discworld novels.
