Body length 4.5 mm, fore wing length 4.5 mm and antenna length 5.6 mm.
Antenna with 42 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere elongate and acuminate. Median flagellomeres 2 x longer than wide. Occipital carina broadly absent mediodorsally, joining hypostomal carina ventrally. Mesopleuron largely aciculate, precoxal sulcus transversely rugulose striate, specular area entirely aciculate. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina weakly defined, more or less complete but narrowly obliterated post medially. Fore wing vein 2- CU1 1.1 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 3 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 1 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 1.75 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.1 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell with somewhat reduced setosity anteriorly. Hind wing vein m-cu absent. Apex of hind tibia without comb of modified adpressed setae. Claws without conspicuous pecten. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite weakly produced, subtriangular. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite complete. Posterolateral margin of tergite 4 with moderate emargination.
