Body length 5 (correceted) mm, fore wing length 5.1 mm and antenna length 5.4 mm.
Antenna with 40 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere pointed. Median flagellomeres 2 x longer than wide. Occipital carina weak dorsally, possibly obliterated medially. Mesopleuron rugulose anteriorly, aciculate posteriorly, precoxal sulcus moderately impressed, specular area entirely aciculate. Propodeum with midlongitudinal carina present on anterior 0.7, irregular posteriorly, complete somewhat angulate lateral carinae, with weakly indicated postero-lateral tubercles. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 2.75 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 2.1 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 1 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.35 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.4 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu moderately developed, dark pigmented, curved, weakly antefurcal. Hind coxa with well-developed oblique ridges basally dorsally and dorso-medially. Apex of hind tibia without comb of modified adpressed setae. Claws possibly with pecten of long fine teeth on basal lobe. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite weakly protruding, rounded. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite distinct on anterior 0.7.
Etymology. In reference to the highly patterned hind femur.
