Body length 3.9 mm, fore wing length 3.4 mm and antenna length 4.7 mm.

Antenna of holotype incomplete but with at least 44 flagellomeres. Median flagellomeres 3.0 x longer than wide. Occipital carina complete, dorsally rounded, joining hypostomal carina ventrally. Mesopleuron weakly rugulose becoming largely aciculate posteriorly, precoxal sulcus very weakly impressed and rugulose, speculum absent. Propodeum with midlongitudial carina present pn anterior 0.6. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 1.3 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell with distinct glabrous lozenge-shaped zone. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.65 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 0.8 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.1 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.6 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing basal cell approximately 2.5 x wider than maximum width of marginal cell. Hind wing vein M+CU virtually straight. Hind wing vein m-cu present, distinctly postfurcal. Apex of hind ibia with comb of modified adpressed setae medially and ventrally. Claws with very small claw proper, pecten of approximaely 4 teeth present on basal haf of basal lobe, inconspicuous. Basal lobes of tergite 1 producted to approximately same level as spiracle lobe. Tergite 3 with distinct midlongitudinal carina on anterior 0.7.

Etymology. Named in reference to the seven dark marks on the metasoma.
