Body length 4.1 mm and fore wing length 3.8 mm.

Antennae broken. Median flagellomeres nearly 2 x longer than wide. Occipital carina arms converging mediodorsally to a point but medially obliterated, ventrally joining occipital carina. Mesopleuron largely aciculate, anterodorsally rugulose, precoxal sulcus moderately impressed but sculpture not differentiated, without speculum. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina nearly complete but very irregular on posterior 0.2. Hind coxa rather coarsely sculptured basolaterally, baso-dorsally with aciculae forming distinct curved lines on faint ridges. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 2.1 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.8 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 1 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.55 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.2 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu indicated by distinctly pigmented wing fold, interstitial. Apex of hind tibia without comb of specialised adpressed setae. Claws without conspicuous pecten. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite weakly produced, sub-angular, not concave posteriorly. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite distinguishable on basal 0.6 of tergite.
