Holotype ♀, Thailand, date and coordinates unknown B. Butcher (voucher BCLDQ01204, Genbank HM435164 View Materials ) ( CUMZ).
Length of body 4.0 mm, of fore wing 3.4 mm and of antenna approximately 4 mm.
Antenna with 35 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere acuminate. Median flagellomeres approximately 1.5 x longer than wide. Occipital carina broadly interrupted medially, ventrally joining hypostomal carina. Mesopleuron largely aciculate, precoxal sulcus hardly impressed, with a few oblique rugae medially, speculum absent. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina complete but irregular posteriorly. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 2.1 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.9 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 1.1 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.6 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.7 x 1-M. Hind wing vein m-cu represented only by a faint pigmented line, interstitial. Apex of hind tibia without comb of modified adpressed setae. Claws without conspicuous pecten. Basal lobes of first tergite weakly protruding, evenly curved. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite differentiated from other longitudinal striation on anterior 0.6 of tergite.
Etymology. In reference to the white and yellowish coloration.
