Body length 4.8 (corrected) mm, fore wing length 4.2 mm and antenna length 5.2 mm.
Antenna with 38 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere pointed, weakly acuminate. Median flagellomeres approximately 2.5 x longer than wide. Occipital carina incomplete mediodorsally where occiput has coarse sculpture, ventrally joining hypostomal carina. Mesopleuron rugulose-coriaceous anteriorly and dorsally, aciculate posteriorly, precoxal sulcus weakly impressed, aciculate, speculum large.
